If you would like to enquire about offering work experience placements or student talks and mentoring, or showcasing your setting to our students, please do get in touch, we would love to discuss this with you! To do so, please contact Mitzi Smith, the EHCP & Transition Officer who works closely with OFG’s Future Programme in sharing information from student’s Transition Plans in order to the Futures Team to support the development of careers opportunities for our students as well as providing careers advice to our students yearly.

Marcel Balaban – Careers Lead
Marcel leads on all aspects of Careers Education at Hillingdon Manor School, including planning the careers curriculum; organising real life and tailored opportunities for pupils across the Key Stages appropriate to age and stage of development; delivering staff CPD; and ensuring the school is fully compliant with the Gatesby Benchmark. Marcel oversees all aspects of Work Experience, ensuring our pupils have exposure to the world of work.
Mitzi Smith – EHCP & Transition Coordinator
Mitzi leads on all aspects of Key Stage transfers, and preparations for pupil’s transition to new settings, including Further and Higher Education, apprenticeships and work. Mitzi works alongside the Careers Lead, Marcel, and our SENCo, Laura, to ensure pupils have the skills and experiences necessary to be successful in life after Hillingdon Manor.
