World Book Day 2026
During week commencing 2nd March, we celebrated World Book Week at Hillingdon Manor School. The week included pupils designing their own book tokens, using their favourite book or character, classroom doors being decorated in the theme of different books, pupils taking part in the BBC World Book Day Live Lesson, The 100 Storywriting competition overseen by OFG, and pupils and staff dressing up for World Book Day in their favourite characters. We had Harry Potter, Ash from Pokémon, Dorothy from Wizard of Oz, astronauts, The Mad Hatter, Willy Wonka, footballers, and more! Everyone had an amazing week, and thank you to Sara G, our English Lead, for overseeing a wonderful week of BOOKS!
